If you think it’s pricey, the portion more than makes up for it. The food is great in both quantity and quality. My wife and I ordered three dishes which was a spicy chicken dish, soy fried rice, and can’t forget about the crab roe tofu... that meal was more than worth the price for two people.

This place is amazing! I think i’m genuinely shocked by the sheer portion size. Truly worth your coin! I tried the sichuan fish and oysters. Although the fish was a bit to oily for me it was so decadent and soft it tasted excellent. Really loved the sichuan ghost peppers as well this is truly authentic sichuan food. The oysters however, these were so good some of the best oysters I’ve had. I literally think about it all the time. Highly reccomend comming here!

In certain moments only Szechuan food will hit the spot. This restaurant had more diners than other places on the street. The menu has so many great options. I ordered the stir fried beef and it was outstanding. Perfectly spicy with chillies and Szechuan pepper, tender, with some sliced onions and those slender green peppers. A mound of food, the photo doesn’t do it justice. I ordered a side of rice too. I looked around and everyone’s dishes looked just as fabulous. The girls next to me had a chicken wing dish. There is complementary iced lemon water at the tables. Half the restaurant is open tables and half are booths. Bathrooms are downstairs, very clean. Waitstaff were very nice and gave me containers to take home my ample leftovers. I can’t wait to come back and try more.

Popular and delicious place! Come in a larger group to try different things! I really loved their eggplant (more sweet than you might expect) and mapo tofu (spicy level was up there!) They do get very busy so I was lucky that they had a booth available for our group on a Saturday night. Portions are quite big too!

We’d long heard about the buzz surrounding this restaurant, so we made a special trip to finally try it for ourselves. What we weren’t prepared for, however, was the nearly 50-minute wait—though in hindsight, that speaks volumes about the place’s popularity. The wait also caused a bit of confusion: their signature Cayenne Pepper & Thai Pepper Stir-Fried Chicken was mistakenly served to another table, and we didn’t get it until the very end. Aside from that hiccup, we also ordered the Spicy Tofu with Beef Tendon, Black Truffle Beef Fried Rice, Milk Mochi with Custard Pudding, and Steamed Milk Egg White with Black Sticky Rice. Apart from the fried rice, which felt somewhat underwhelming, everything else truly impressed. The Cayenne Pepper & Thai Pepper Stir-Fried Chicken was a standout. The chicken was beautifully tender, and the accompanying vegetables—especially the crunchy water chestnuts and fragrant garlic sprouts—created a symphony of textures. The dish combined the heat of chili flakes and green peppers with a clean, savory finish, layering crispness, spice, and umami in every bite. The Spicy Tofu with Beef Tendon was equally remarkable. The tofu and mala sauce alone could rival what you'd find in a top-tier Sichuan kitchen in China. But the addition of beef tendon added a brilliant twist—its gelatinous chewiness played against the soft, silky tofu, elevating the dish beyond a classic Mapo Tofu. This reinterpretation was both bold and highly successful. What caught us completely by surprise, though, was the Milk Mochi with Custard Pudding—a classic Cantonese dessert that turned out to be not only authentic in flavor but also the perfect antidote to the intensity of the Sichuan spices. The silky milk skin on top had an almost nostalgic richness, and the cool, delicate sweetness of the dish left a lingering elegance on the palate. And finally, one more thing worth noting: like many great Sichuan restaurants, portion sizes here are generous. If you can’t finish everything, pack it up—these dishes are just as delightful reheated at home with a bowl of noodles or rice, turning leftovers into a second round of culinary joy.

Although we rarely come to downtown, every time we come, we always come here to eat. First of all, the parking is easy an accessible especially for the people who do not live near here. The atmosphere here is also very warm and welcoming. Additionally, the service here is impeccable, the staff being kind and the food being delivered to our table quickly. I would especially recommend the fillet in chili spice stew and the black truffle stir fried beef. Overall, I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to sit down and have a good meal :)

A nice little place, but recently their chef changed, and it doesn't taste as good as before. The food is also super oily and salty. But it is very authentic. The desserts are not really worth it. May not come back as often as before.

This restaurant is authentic Sichuan flavored restaurant. All the dishes are so delicious and even the desert is so good! Recommend to the people who are looking for a traditional Chinese Sichuan flavor!
